Cooper Horowitz is currently hiring qualified and motivated professionals to originate financing opportunities across all asset classes with a concentration on structuring debt, mezzanine, and equity capital. Individuals will provide capital market advisory services to assist clients in securing the most suitable financing solutions for their commercial real estate projects. Candidates should have 3-years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry.

Open positions are based in New York, Philadelphia, and Boca Raton.

Responsibilities Include: 

• Assist in preparing offering memorandums to present to prospective capital sources.

• Perform underwriting analysis on deal transactions.

• Work closely with other members of firm to assist in deal negotiations and deal executions.

• Manage and track required due-diligence materials related to each deal transaction.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with developers and owners.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ARGUS.
